– If they have already completed an apprenticeship under the National Apprentice Training Scheme (Nats) or National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS).

–If the income of any of the family members (Self, Parents, or Spouse) Excessed Rs 8 Lakh for FY 2023-24.

–If any members of the family (self, parents, or spouse) is a permanent or regular government employee (Excluding Contractual Employees).
