The highlight of the ongoing two-day fair at Setia Spice Convention Centre in Bayan Lepas is The Star’s Job Matching initiative where recruiters and potential employees can have a sit-down interview at the fair.

There will be two Job Matching sessions on Saturday (June 8) at 2pm and 4pm at the fair.

The fair will boast a talk by Cohu Malaysia, a global technology leader supplying test, automation, inspection and metrology products and services to the semiconductor industry at 1pm.

Then get insight into the idea of “Less Capital, More Opportunities” by Aham Capital Asset Management conducted by its senior business development manager Goh Gaik Po, at 2.30pm.

The young and enthusiastic crop of fresh graduates will benefit from a talk on “Empowering Youths of Tomorrow” by MyNext by Talent Corp operations head Dr Madhavan Balan Nair at 3pm.

Rounding it up will be a talk on “Living Your Dreams via Passive Income” conducted by Public Mutual Berhad’s Unit Trust Consultant agency manager Phang Chee Kong at 4.30pm.

The myStar Job Fair 2024 and the Star Education Fair 2024 are held side-by-side at the convention centre on Saturday (June 8) and Sunday (June 9) from 11am to 7pm.
