News broke in February that the world’s largest snake, the Green Anaconda, was discovered in the depths of the Amazon. Within a few weeks, hunters have killed the snake.
According to a report by the British media outlet Daily Mail, on March 24, a dead anaconda, riddled with bullets, was found in the Formoso River in a village deep in the Amazon region of southern Brazil.
Experts revealed that the snake was as thick as a car tire. This snake, measuring 26 feet long and weighing 440 pounds, had a head the size of a human head.
